"When the kitchen flooded, my renters were already doing without a kitchen for a month, owing to the remediation process. Sam returned my call promptly, came and made an estimate after discussing the project, firming up design details and price. Within a month, which is lightening speed, he completed the job. The quality is great, final invoice was within $30 of the estimate. Communication was timely, we were informed all along the way, and when hiccups occurred, Sam was on it.
