Does P.C.H. Inc. have the correct permits and licensing?



Yes! Sam Peterson (owner and founder) holds his contractor’s license with the state of Oregon. We always carry up to date insurance coverage for Sam’s license, and all P.C.H. Inc. employees. We are licensed, bonded, and insured! PCH is also lead paint certified and and an FIR certified contractor with the state of Oregon!



Can you provide me with a list of references to contact?



P.C.H. Inc. is fortunate to have many customers who are ecstatic about our work and willing to share their experience. Please inquire directly for our list of references.



Will I receive an itemized bid?



Yes! You will receive a price breakdown also called an itemized bid for each task necessary to complete your project. That way you will know exactly how much you are spending in each area, and feel confident about staying within your budget.



Will I receive a schedule?



Yes! Once we have the initial information in place you will receive a detailed schedule. This will bring you peace of mind, and help you prepare for the upcoming steps by indicating when you need to have your finish materials selected.
